Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great. I have one of these chargers and it works very well, but imagine if it also had USB ports to charge phones and other devices, how awesome would that be?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Found instructions for this international charger Here is where they have the PDF manual: This page choose menu > “Tech Library” > “Rechargeables and Chargers” (I clicked on words not ‘download’) > Find Ion Speed 4000 in ‘Size’ column then click > "Download" to the right of Ion Speed 4000 in the ‘PDF’ column. Wish a link to “Manual”was here to save time. I got here first looking for the manual to know what the lights mean i.e., usable or fully charged but no joy here, had to hunt. The charger works internationally with input 100-240 volts AC 50/60Hz. Which means with cheap local adapter you can charge your batteries in outlets around the world. It uses 10 watts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't receive instructions, what do lights mean? Didn't receive instructions with device. I like that it has lights to let me know what is going on, but could customer service tell me what red steady and green steady lights mean? I figured out flashing red from many other reviews.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works But Doesn't work The included aaa batteries worked but after awhile (about 3 months) they just stopped charging like they would charge for a little bit but would then start blinking red but the aa batteries that were included never had this problem and I was using the same charger
